CASE STUDY

Context: This microlearning sample serves as learning extension to the SOS! Awareness of Boundaries in Small Family Businesses course. 

Use: This asset will be placed as a small printable or magnet next to the learner's work area.

Challenges: During my research I found that family businesses can benefit from boundary awareness and communication techniques. A crucial communication tool that benefits small businesses is giving and receiving Effective Feedback. 

Solutions: This microlearning takes seconds to watch, providing an overview of the basic principles of Effective Feedback. 

Results: The intended outcome is for small family business stakeholders to master communication competencies that will allow them to conquer the business and family domains.
