Context: Small family business is an environment where clear boundary competencies are of vital important
Challenges: During my research, I have discovered the complexity of interactions within the small family business environment, where the family and business domain often mix. There are specific competencies that stakeholders can learn, in order to master both the business, and the family environment.
Solutions: This interactive course takes less tha 30 minutes, and can be used as an introductory solution by small businesses. It gives an overview of boundary challenges, as well as crucial competencies that small family businesses will benefit from being aware of.
Results: The intended outcome is small businesses to experience smoother environments, with clear boundaries and effective functioning competency, from startup to succession.
